The new rear wing won't make it for this trip. I don't want to rush it and there are some design mounting configurations that I am kicking about but have'nt decided on yet. So the bi-plane one will have it's last outing this time around. The Dangels' supplied valve seals have been replaced with some pukka Ferreaones...

I was playing with the sway bars. They are at the softest setting. The front bar was actually removed.

Left it off, due to some work being done on it's replacement. It was'nt necessary or relevant for the testing being done on the day.

flipping back a near 100 pages when i first asked, anytime soon u will be able to start making custom parts for racing enthusiasts?

Traffic light suckers are easily fooled into a duel by this car’s near-stock appearance. Sure, there are 4 big disks and a cut-out for the intercooler but nothing indicates this machine might run low/mid 12\'s on the 1/4 mile (traction permitting).

The splitter itself is not drooping. The entire car is. Adding stays to the splitter won't help with that.

you have done more for the insperation of the younger floks and others that needed to know that this could be done, so no matter what happens this week end rome was not built in a day

I see,  I was under an optical illusion, the car was actually rolling.

Concerning what Charlie was saying, you want 3 more set of springs fi gwaan  fine tune your suspension then Marc.  Cool

Other than that you got to work with the rates you have. The dampers may give some amount of control for the suspension velocities in either direction, but it's working against the spring rate and forces regardless. So different springs would add some flexibility. But Anyway  this in detail stuff, which I'm sure you got covered.    Bike

it is recommended with any damper (well the proper ones) that you change your spring for ever 3-4 clicks of adjustment in any direction.

Ah Logiy' I see you have calmed down and resumed your logical ways...welcome back. The dampers and swaybars on the car are at full soft, and we have not yet begun to tune the suspension. Not much liklely we'll be able to do much about it this weekend, as we have our full with a whole lot of other stuff.

IMHO i think the problems being experienced are understandable given the extent of the build and limited testing carried out so far....i think a part of the solution lies in more extensive testing and troubleshooting...its clear the car has tremendous potential. So to the captain dnt be daunted by the challenges ThumbsUp

Can this car be made street legal?  Unsure Dumb question, but maybe more testing can be achieved by ultra long running. it may not emulate running at dover, so the suspension might not get work out, but the other parts. Not suggesting speeding on the roads if you know what I mean.
